Findings include:

  • 86% of respondents rate their use of social media in meeting goals as successful
  • 46% of respondents report that their institution’s chief executive uses social media in his or her official role
  • Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube continue to be the most used platforms
  • 59% of respondents report using social media in campaigns
